About Only Pans
A small bakery with a big heart.
I own and operate a licensed and inspected home bakery that started in January of this year. I handcraft melt-in-your-mouth cookies, cakes, cupcakes, muffins, cinnamon rolls, buns, and breads that turn every occasion into a deliciously memorable experience.
From my kitchen to your doorstep, I pour heart and soul into every homemade treat I bake. I also do cakes for any occasion.
It is not just about baking something delicious — it is about creating treats that make people smile.

Meet Dulcia Groft.
I'm a wife, a proud mom of three, a grandmother to four, and a Registered Nurse. But long before Only Pans, I was in the kitchen baking for the people I love.
I've been baking for 40 years, and baking has always been more than just a hobby for me — it's something I truly love. As a young baker, I even had the honor of winning Grand Champion at 4-H shows for my baking.
Today, I get to combine that lifelong love of baking with one of my favorite things: making people happy. From decadent cookies and gourmet cinnamon rolls to cupcakes, muffins, seasonal treats, and special orders, every Only Pans creation is made with care, creativity, and plenty of love.
There's something special about creating a treat from scratch and seeing the smile it brings to someone's face.

For everyday treats like cookies, cinnamon rolls, muffins, and buns, please give at least a few days notice so I can fit your order into the baking schedule. Custom cakes and larger event orders need more lead time — reach out as early as you can, especially around holidays.
